Broaching can produce multiple flats in a single pass for very high efficiency. With automated indexing we can broach additional flats or contours at other angles on the same machine with no re-feeding.

Our unique tool geometry can create a huge value in the development of “D” shaped bolts by cutting across a thread rolled part. Our nearly bur free finish typically does not require thread re-rolling after broaching.
