CNC Turning
Our CNC turning department is comprised of over 15 CNC multi axis turning centers equipped with live tooling, bar feeders, parts catchers and parts conveyors. Our experienced staff has the capabilities of holding tight tolerances and excellent finishes. We can produce parts accurately and on time from a variety of materials including all plastics, aluminum, steels and other specialty alloys. Aluminum Machining
Processing 200,000 pounds annually, our precision CNC department will efficiently and accurately produce the simplest to the most complex parts. Our in house anodizing and network of finishers will provide you a completed product.
Steel Machining
Working from a variety of materials such as Stainless steel, tool steel, low carbon, etc. Our precision CNC department will efficiently and accurately produce the simplest to the most complex parts. Our network of heat treating and finishers will provide you a completed product.
Plastic Machining
Working from a variety of plastics such as PVC, delrin, acrylic, etc. Our precision CNC department will efficiently and accurately produce the simplest to the most complex parts. Our in house polishing and sub assemblies will provide you a completed product.
Toolamation can provide assistance in product development and engineering from prototype all the way through production. Our knowledgeable staff and manufacturing partners can develop prototypes from a variety processes and materials. We can also assist with re-engineering or reworking current designs or products.

Wire EDM
Our in-house wire EDM department is a valuable resource for internal tooling support and is a value added offering as a stand alone service or to enhance more complex parts. Our Wire EDM machines can be used to cut intricate shapes and designs into electrically conductive materials including hardened tool steels.
